Devin is a human resources and strategic planning consultant assisting organizations within the full scope of human resources.  With over 15 years of corporate and consulting experience, her expertise crosses many sectors of human resources.  Recent projects include succession planning, job analysis, merger and acquisition support, work force planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, policy design, coaching, audit, recruitment and training.

A member with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Capital Institute, she is certified as a Strategic Workforce Strategist, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and Project Manager.  Devin has an MS in Human Resources from Houston Baptist University and a BS in Human Development from University of Texas at Austin.   She is also a speaker for professional associations and conferences.
